Operations Manager

About This Role

Leads and empowers the branch team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. Acts as the steady operational anchor managing the branch environment, elevating customer satisfaction, and inspiring team leads while the Regional Manager focuses on business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop team leaders across dispatch, logistics, and customer support
• Champion the end-to-end customer experience, from collections to on-time delivery
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, safety, and stock accuracy to free up regional sales growth
• Drive team culture, performance standards, and staff engagement
• Serve as the senior point of escalation for customer inquiries and service quality

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• 5+ years in senior people management or branch leadership
• Proven track record in coaching team leaders, building culture, and staff development
• Strong experience managing high customer expectations and service touchpoints
• Solid grasp of branch operations, stock oversight, and financial controls

Beneficial Requirements:

• Experience in customer-facing trade, retail, or distribution environments
• Experience supporting a sales-driven operation
